A Helping Hand

I got the opportunity to help wrap some presents for families in need in our area. It was a great opportunity. Having all these toys in our house the kids kept saying they wanted this and that. And it gave us the opportunity to talk to them about there being families that need help, and told them about people donating stuff to help them out. They were pretty amazed and thought it was cool. I think it is great that there are so many willing to help donate to those in need and I was grateful that I could help get all this wrapped to help them out.

Thanksgiving 2015

We woke up Thanksgiving morning to SNOW!!!! Matt had to take care of calves and we weren't eatting with Mom and Tim until later in the afternoon, so they kids got up and wanted to play outside, so of course they did. They enjoyed the snow all morning. Daddy even got in on the fun!!!

One of the many reasons I love country living. Wide open spaces, so you can do tubing in the pasture being pulled by daddy on the four-wheeler.

Then we headed to Twin for a yummy Thanksgiving dinner with Grandma Rie and Papa Tim. It was a nice relaxing day. After eating and resting for a little bit, we played headbands with grandma. She kicked our butts, but it was sure a fun game to play. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and we are sure grateful for all the wonderful family we have around us.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Another Girl or Is Logan Getting His Brother

Of course we look forward to the 20 week ultrasound. We always make it a family event. Logan even got to be a little late for school today. We really dont care what we are going to have as long as the baby is healthy, but this time around we were secretly hoping for a little boy so that Logan could have a brother. If you would ask him, he would tell you he would be happy with either, and sometimes he would say he wanted a brother so that our family would be even with 3 girls and 3 boys. So which way did it go?

Going to Mommy Ultrasound to see if its a boy or girl

So it is a..........
