Carving Pumpkins 2013

Carving Pumpkins is a must when it is Halloween!!!

EEEWWWWW!!!!

They wouldn't touch the guts (just like their dad) so I had to take the guts out of their pumpkins.

He just wouldn't even stick his hand inside!

She wouldnt either!!!
So I had the privilege of carving both of their pumpkins this year. Here is the finished products!! I am glad to say they were both happy with "their" pumpkins.

ChildRun 2013

Photo: My senior project, come out and support. It's gonna be awesome! :)

So Matthews cousin Kyanna did a Childrun for her senior project and we entered Logan and Ashlee so that we could support her. We entered them in the 1/2 mile run and it was sure fun to watch. They did great and we will hopefully be entering them again next year.

Ashlee finishing strong.
I was a little sad because I wasnt able to see Logan finish, because Ashlee was running and she is so tiny that she was at the back of the pack. So they let parents run with their kids. So I took off with her, and Logan finished before I could get around with Ashlee, so I didnt really see him run. Maybe next year. I did however run with Ashlee and I have to say that I am very proud of her. I can already see that she is a very determined little one. I told her that if she wanted to that she could walk and she said to me, No mom you have to run. So I said okay and away we went. It wasnt a very fast pace, but it was a steady pace and she ran the entire 1/2 mile. She was in last until the end when she past a couple other little ones running. I am very proud of her for not quitting and for running her own race. It will only get better with time :)!!!!

Pushing the big 3-0!

WOW!! I cant believe just how close I am to the big 3-0! I am not quite there yet!!! So you can all stop laughing and telling me You're Old Jokes (you can save that for next year)!!

Yep thats right I turned 2-9!!!

It has been a great 29 years. I like everyone else have had some rough, years, experience, but I have also had many, many great and wonderful experience. My life is truly been blessed. Am I where I thought I would be? No! I am somewhere completely opposite of where I thought I would be, but it is even better that what I had pictured for myself. I have been married for just over 6 and 1/2 years, I was just blessed with my 3rd child. I am a stay at home mom, I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I have an incredible support system of family and friends, and I am still healthy and able to do the many things that I enjoy doing (volleyball, gardening, canning, running, are just a few). So life is certainly pretty good from my 29 year perspective. It was certainly a wonderful birthday as well.

I was able to spend a day with my mom and this year my Aunt Kathi hung out with us. It is always a well needed day. I love getting to spend a day with just my mom, we always have so much fun!!!I also was spoiled by Matthew and he made me so of his incredible hot wings. My grandparents took us to TSE for some yummy Chinese and I was able to get myself some jewelery, clothes, and new running shoes. So it wasn't an over the top birthday. But it was just my style low key and I got to spend time with family. What a great Birthday and I will say it again, I CANT BELIEVE THAT NEXT YEAR I WILL TURN 3-0!!!

So Happy 29th Birthday to ME!!!!

M~M~J 2 Months

Mishagan Marie Jacobson
 23.25 inches
11lbs 9.5 oz

What a fun little girl you are! You are recognizing mommy, daddy, Logan and Ashlee. You are starting to find and grab onto things that are in front of you. You especially love to put your fists in your mouth and suck on them. You are so patient with Logan and Ashlee, because they are constantly in your face and you take it pretty well most of the time. All we can say is that we love you very much!

The 3 Best Kids in the World!!!

Having fun with Aiden!

Helping Mommy get some fun decorations put up for Halloween and Thanksgiving.

All the pumpkins are from our own pumpkin patch. The kids were so excited!

Mishagan: Mom get that camera out of my face! Please!

We are all adjusting to life with our new little Mishagan. It really isnt that bad. Routines have to change and in order to go to town, I usually see if I can leave 1, 2 or all 3 kids with someone. I can handle 2 pretty well, but having a baby whose carseat takes up an entire cart makes it pretty hard. It is getting easier and it helps that I can move better after having my c-section with Mishagan. Now its time to get working on some Halloween costumes!!!
